Squirt is an awesome little guy. He is friendly and very used to people. He was found wandering down a busy street and looked like he had been out of water for quite some time. Since coming to One Love, he has been thriving in his pond and showing his personality - he is an active turtle that is very fun to watch swim around in his pond and bask on his rocks. He loves munching on shrimp treats. He still has some growing to do, so will need a large pond for his forever home. He is hoping to find a forever home, possibly one with some aquatic friends to hang out with, soon!February 17, 2024, 8:01 pmAdoption processWe understand the One Love application process may seem tedious, but, most One Love animals have been rescued from traumatic situations or have faced severe health issues. All of them have needed much love and attention from the One Love team to get them where they are today, ready for adoption! They have all been cared for in our foster homes where our team of volunteers works one on one with each animal to ensure they become happy, healthy and comfortable. We care very much for each and every animal that comes through our doors and we do everything we can to make sure they find homes that are the best possible match for their unique personalities.
